Maybe it's just my monkey brain but I keep getting stuck on this. When I see the current No Data screen, the elements on the screen draw my attention to the "Setup" button, which makes me think I did something wrong with the collection mode I'm testing.
But in many cases, it's just the time range that is wrong, my data is usually older than the last 15 minutes. I imagine also in cases where collection stops for more than 15 minutes that uses would see this screen and potentially be confused (it does show that there is a problem with collection though).
I'm wondering if it could be made more clear that there is no data for the currently selected time range (which could be due to not having setup collection at all, no new data coming in, or the current linked time range doesn't cover any documents).
I think in other areas we show two different screens depending on if indicies are missing (setup not done) or if there is no data in the time range.
