Kibana version:
7.16

Describe the bug:
When creating a new dashboard, one should not be able to create a report if the dashboard isn't saved.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Dashboard
  2. Create a new dashboard
  3. Without saving, create a PNG or PDF report. Note that it is possible to create a report from an unsaved Dashboard

Expected behavior:
A report cannot be created from an unsaved Dashboard

Hi @TinaHeiligers!

I believe this is actually a feature, not a bug! The reporting team added the ability to generate reports from unsaved state in #108553.

@jloleysens, can you confirm whether this can be closed?

Yeah, that's right, we can now generate a one-off report with unsaved state 👍🏻
