3rd party model support will introduce the ability to use PyTorch models trained outside of the Stack. For operational and managing purposes, we should have visibility of models in the Trained models UI. The models' page needs to be extended with the following info:

  • View of each model: overall status, plus a per-node view of the status
  • Buttons to start/stop model allocation
