[Feature] URL formatter image not found image replacement

tl:dr Show a default image if a image link returns a 404.

I really like the image url formatter feature and use it a lot to show static images on our dashboards. However one downside is that if an image doesn't exist, nothing is shown apart from the small broken image icon.

From a end user perspective it would be better if Kibana could be fed a replacement link/image so that (in my case) its clear for the end user that a image hasn't been uploaded yet.

I tried working around this by using a Amazon S3 bucket to host a static website with a default image set up as the replacement message but unfortunately this is only working in browsers and doesn't appear to work in Kibana.

This is probably a very niche use case and mostly only serves to make things more pretty but it would be the sprinkles on the icing on the cake if it was possible ;)

We are closing this issue in order to provide better transparency of priorities. This issue won't be prioritized in the near future. We track it in #163011 for long term planning.
