Summary

Today if you only collect Kibana data for Stack Monitoring, the data won't show up in the UI because it also needs elasticsearch data. We should document that behavior in integration packages.

Alternatively we can revive this ticket elastic/kibana#125401 and update the SM code to display products independently.
