Standalone Elastic Agent installation with Helm Chart doc missing topics

Similar to #1531 but focused on the standalone installation document.

We need to add to that document:

• Steps needed to provide the CA certificate of the Elasticsearch cluster to the agents. Info available at [Helm] Allow providing SSL settings to the Elastic Agent (standalone mode) elastic-agent#6344

• Include the system integration for host monitoring, or the Kubernetes nodes won't be visible in the Observability -> Hosts UI.
