Choose a list of instrumentation to enable

Prepare a short list of instrumentation we want to add as requirements so that the distro will do something useful. Choose based on popularity more than in current quality of instrumentation.

I think it would be better to avoid shipping some instrumentation by default to let users choose what to trace, hence prefer using opentelemetry-bootstrap.
