Filebeat: Getting custom .log file inside the pods

How can I connect custom .log file from the pod. As my partner place the .log in side the pod. It required developer to exec into the pod to debug everytime.

Those .log file is placed at /app/Log/*.log

below is my filebeat setup from quickstart:
