Add more documentation to how Alternative Free/MonadPlus Free violate the laws #95

The documentation for free states that these instances should be handled "with care", but provides no extra information as to what this means. For some people (e.g., me), it's not clear what could go wrong, and how I may shoot myself in the foot by using these instances. I think free should expand on its disclaimer a little bit more, so that it is actionable to users.

To be honest, I'm not sure the Alternative Free instance makes sense.

That is also something that occurs to me - "if it's not law abiding, then why is it here?" :)
