Full Frame Images: FFI to flare Light Curve

This is not a issue but some difficulties I am having when there is not short cadence light-curve data for TESS.
Can we convert an TESS FFI image (in altaipony or with any other method) to get light curves with flares? Because when I tried available methods to create a light curve file from TESSCUT (FFI image), the flares are removed as outliers.
