cannot read property msie of undefined #19

on latest chrome Version 36.0.1985.125

i get following error

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined

so i commented out the ie6 support to make it work

// // for ie6, scroll to the top first
// if($.browser.msie && $.browser.version < 7){
//  $('html').scrollTop(0);
// }
