Audit reports framework - add email suppression option and new report types #14

Recent updates to the audit reports framework mean that:

login, file and permissions reports now have the option to suppress report generation emails. This is not currently supported by the SDK.
New report types (user provisioning and group provisioning) have been added which are not yet supported by the SDK.
