Share bots - pbkdf2 params #1657

Share master should override pbkdf2 parameter method and rounds for its slaves.

Else, share bots with different settings could rehash passwords constantly.

Slaves should check those values and reject sharing if unsupported method or too low / high rounds.

Also if shared values differ from config file, slaves should advise the user to set config vars to the shared values.
