Samples of TEI encoded text to be used for testing DTS Navigation implementation and to define specific use cases

get fragment by id
get fragment by milestone id (reconstruct a document fragment between two milestones, e.g. for page or line)
get fragment by range
get fragment by customary reference, e.g. Deut 21:23 or Gal 3:11
