What's the improvement?

Hi! first of all, thank you for your effort. It's incredible and I also have a PR for you :)

But what I want to ask with this post is: Which is the improvement using this plugin? I checked the hooks:

  add_filter( 'acf/load_field', [$this, 'add_settings'] );
  add_filter( 'acf/load_value', [$this, 'load_field_from_custom_table'], 11, 3 );
  add_filter( "acf/validate_field_group", [$this, 'validate_field_group'] );

When we store it using the new system we have the custom fields with a better structure (sql "optimized") but the documentation says that "load_value" hook is after ACF loads the value so we are duplicating the effort and not removing the mess of the ACF system.

Can you help me understand what is going on and what I am missing?
