Why 8 hours is max?
I used to work more than 8 ;)
12, 14, 16 and 20 are ok as well

@DVEfremov rephrazed the issue, the time limit should be configurable per audience. Maybe it should be role based. For example, if user role is student than limit is 4 hours.
