Some applications are pre-installed by the phone company. Some of them are plain useless. Would it be possible to toggle their visibility status in the launcher ?
I imagine a context menu entry on each icon : "Hide application".
When selected it would ask for confirmation "Do you want to hide ${application.name} ? (yes/no) button"
In "Parameters" view a "Manage hidden applications" entry would display the list of hidden applications and on each application a checkbox could be unchecked to display the application again.
