I am a first year PHD student and interested in your tutorial about "calculate relative abundance". But I found there is no file named "SRR*r1".pe and do not know where I can download.

Hi Jiaojiao, The * in the name is a wildcard character that can be replaced with other characters. So you can look for files that have the first string and same extension and place the asterisk with the file’s exact name as needed.
