Add REQUIRED dependencies to documentation

What maintenance does this project need?

Please add atlas to the list of required dependencies.

When trying to install multio with the required dependencies currently listed gives this error:

CRITICAL - multio FAILED to find REQUIRED package atlas

Please add fckit to the list of required dependencies.

Once atlas is installed and multio install is tried again, another exception is hit:

CRITICAL - multio FAILED to find REQUIRED package fckit
