[Bug] Blocking with lowlatency on #813

Describe the bug

when I turn on the lowlantency and turn off the qos on config_file.json5, the programm is blocked when transport big package (about ~MB)

To reproduce

turn on the lowlantency and turn off the qos on config_file.json5
set big size package
see the bug

System info

48~22.04.1-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Mon Oct 7 11:24:13 UTC 2 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
