The 0.11.0 release notes indicate that plugins can now be used with any language that has Zenoh bindings (including C/C++) however a standard build of zenohc (head or 0.11.0 release tag) does not include the plugin the support.
It appears that the dependency on zenoh in the cargo.toml file for zenohc is lacking the plugins and unstable features which.
To reproduce
Create a Zenohc (or Zenohcpp) based application (an of the example apps should do).
Launch the application with a config file that requires loading a plugin like storage manager.
Observe that the application makes no attempt to start the plugin.
