Link to snapshots instead of release on Marketplace and README?

Hi all,
I'd like to make a proposal which I believe can serve Wild Web Developers contributors and users well: instead of linking to releases from Eclipse Marketplace and README, we could instead link to snapshots.

Because

• releasing is a burden (necessary from time to time, but the less we have to do it, the happier we are usually)
• we don't put any extra quality check on releases than what we put on snapshots, so the quality of snapshots is as good/bad as the one of releases

The benefits would be

• users get the very latest/best version of code
• committers have to deal with less releases

So overall,I see here an opportunity for less effort while delivering more value to end-users, without additional risk for end-users.
Releasing would still be doable occasionally, eg to participate in SimRel or when some committer needs a release with a stable version for inclusion in their product; releases would become more a packaging solution for stable packaging, but wouldn't be any more the main distributions for direct end-users.
