Enable DIM wrapper/middle layer for other IAM than centralidp

Current Behavior

In the context of portal helm chart, the only IAM which can currently be used with with the DIM wrapper/middle layer is the centralidp, see for instance https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/portal/blob/portal-2.0.0/charts/portal/templates/cronjob-backend-processes.yaml#L223

Expected Behavior

DIM wrapper/middle layer should be enabled to connect against other IAM than centralidp as it is to be considered a separate component. belonging to the DIM and not to shared services of the dataspace
