Routes inconsistent in whole repo

Current Behavior

Routes are inconsistent.

See e.g.

• Release Changelog R24.08 KIT routes.
• TRG routes (leading zero e.g. TRG-5-01 / no leading zero TRG-1-04) -> recommend to use leading zero

Expected Behavior

consistent naming of routes allows automation of e.g. changelog creation

What whould be needed:

• Workflow for PR enforcing a name scheme
• cleanup
