Need some extra fields in /clearingrequests/[id] rest api for open clearing request detail page. The extra fields are mentioned below :

  1. Created on
  2. Agreed clearing date
  3. Last Updated on
  4. Require names (currently only email is available) of the commentors in comments fields (Under clearing request comments)
  5. Request closed on
