I hope I found the right repository of WTP ServerTools/jst.server here after I cannot choose the right product and component category in Bugzilla at bugs.eclipse.org any more. Otherwise please give advice.
Webapps in Eclipse 2024-12 are only supported up to Java 22. Please also support
Project Properties > Project Faces > Java >= 23 .
It is also problematic in some cases to use webapps with compile level 22 with JDK 23 and not to have a JDK 22 installed, e.g. when importing a war file as web project.
As far I can remeber it is not so unusual that this is forgotten to update. Now WTP 3.36 is not released yet, so there would be a chance.
OT: Is there any trick to use Java project facet 23 without a bug fix/update?
Thanks,
Chris

Our release's content was finalized on the 26th, as it was folded into the RC2 EPP packages then. https://download.eclipse.org/webtools/CI/latest/ will see the features updated with these additions when they're made.
