What?

The NIHMS INFO logging message that reports the PMID should up updated to also report the NIHMS ID. In addition another INFO message should be made when the loader matches against nihms-id in a Deposit statusRef.

Why?

This will help us better monitor the loader actions against deposits to NIHMS which come through the UI.
