Description

Edit a Submission with no DOI, but has title and journal. Add a DOI, click on Submissions link up top. DOI gets saved, but title and journal remain what was originally entered.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a Submission
Enter test into title
Select some journal
Click Submissions link to exit
Click Edit Submission for submission just created
Enter DOI, let it populate title and journal
Click Submissions link to exit
Click Edit Submission for submission just created again

Note the DOI is saved, but the title are still test and the first journal selected. This remains even after clicking Next through the submission workflow.

Expected Results

When a non-DOI submission is edited and a DOI is added, the title and journal should be saved too.

Actual Results

The DOI is saved, but the title and journal are not.

Evidence

Easily reproduced running pass-docker locally.

Estimated Severity

High
