Deprecate DSpace sword support #1078

What?

SWORD deposit support should be deprecated so it is not used unless there is no other recourse

Why?

It will be replaced by direct deposit. SWORD would still be needed for DSpace 5 and 6, but both of those versions are no longer supported. In addition it depends on libraries that are no longer being maintained. Eventually we should remove support entirely.

How?

If appropriate, annotate Java classes to indicate deprecation.
Add documentation to indicate SWORD support should be avoided.
