The other reason I am creating this issue is to make sure people who are watching projects but not subscribed to lsp4j-dev. Please see https://www.eclipse.org/lists/lsp4j-dev/msg00094.html in regards to such communication on the topic of an election. |

As part of the governance of an Eclipse project retiring inactive committers should be done on occasion. At the moment no LSP4J committers have retired since the formation of the project.
I have opened this issue so that there can be visibility on this process within the project.
Typically projects send an email to the dev list asking if committers who haven't been active in the last X months or years to state if they want to remain as committers on the project. I plan to do that sometime soon.
