Nowhere in the plexWatch/Web code has support for this. I believe plexWatch (the log scanner / database source) has support for ignoring a library section when scanning. Is that maybe what you are looking for?
Apparently not... I already have plexWatch set to exclude my Anime section, but plexWatchWeb shows it anyway. Kind of annoying, but I can live with it. :|
Am I missing anywhere from the list of things where it would need to be excluded?
plexWatch/Web:
Statistics (on homepage)
Current Activity

Data for the following is pulled from plexWatch so hiding a library should be taken care of there:
History
Stats
Charts
Although plexWatch/Web pulls it's information from Plex directly for the information pages and it would be possible to block accessing certain library sections for it, I don't think there is too much demand to block the information pages (info.php) from certain libraries.
If you only recently enabled hiding of the library from plexWatch I don't believe it removes old information from the database. Unfortunately this means either manually removing the info from plexWatch yourself, or starting a new database.
I could have sworn this was possible. All I want to do is hide my Anime section from plexWatchWeb. :(
