This issue captures the modifications required before publishing version 1.0.

Rename Server and client to Server and Proxy
Update README
Simplify bootstrap with docker
Document the architecture with diagrams
Move the API key to a HTTP Header or use HTTPS validation
Add StandAlone Proxy to the pip package
Remove references to ebuio in the code
Start a change log
