Some of the keys in the config file generated by eb --confighelp > $HOME/.config/easybuild/config.cfg are incorrect and not recognized by EasyBuild. For example, the options in the [job] section get an extra job- prepended. This means that options like job-cores are recognized as job-job-cores. Instead the option should just be cores in the config file.

This is a duplicate of #1331, which was reported a long time ago (but hasn't been fixed yet :( )...

Whoops, sorry about that. If there’s no fix in sight, maybe it would be a good idea to add a note to the documentation, since first-time users will probably generate the configuration file as described there.
