We should decide on a title case and use it consistently. See https://titlecaseconverter.com/ for a convertor and information on possiblities.

It would also be helpful to have a test check the capitalisation.

grep all the header lines in markdown files
check they conform (already a tester for this or would we need to regex them?)

This might be more complicated due to technical terms and commands in the titles
