Monex WebSocket needs to handle errors

As reported by Andreas Wagner:

Unable to report throwable to websocket (no @OnError handler declared):

org.eclipse.jetty.websocket.api.CloseException:

   org.eclipse.jetty.websocket.common.io.AbstractWebSocketConection.onReadTimeout(AbstratWebSocketConnection.java:567)
