Some things only work with the SC3_PLUGINS option set to True, for example, the crush effect and the piano synth.

However, its default is False and I didn't find a way to change it to True without using FoxDotEditor.

If you adjust the option in FoxDotEditor it will be enabled for future sessions for pulsar and flok as well.
You need to open the editor, press ctrl+p and change the option Use sc3-plugins

But this is hidden and can end up looking like a synth bug or an effect not working at first.

Would something like a renardo --sc3-plugins flag be possible, or perhaps reading this from a custom configuration file?
