The discord bot is currently deployed manually on a server. This needs to be automated so that any new merges to the main branch automatically update the bot.

hey @roerohan , i can set up a cicd pipeline for this project, what cloud are on btw
it would be great to have docker for it would reduce devops complexity
up for it ??
