Getting this error. Everything is running in admin.

Same, enable "Use admin privileges when installing py.exe" and "Add python.exe to PATH" during the installation of python 3.12.2
Follow Approache 2-1 and came with the result.
Python work with administrator only so yeah, I give up...

Probably a Python bug, since it seems you're using python version 3.12 instead of 3.11. Remove the existing version and try this version instead: https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-3112/

make sure to modify the pre-requierement when you invit people to dl Python 3.11 or "above" or people will bother you about this
