Bootstrap2 works fine

The specific problems with the plain Bootstrap template are that book reading in the browser isn't available and the design isn't particularly nice. Better to drop it, and focus on the Bootstrap2 version for improvements.

This should be as simple as deleting templates/bootstrap.
