I've complied a list of suggestions that I think a lot of users might benefit from but I'm not sure how practical you'd find them.
Wobbly
1 - In the bookmarks window, selecting between bookmarks causes the program to freeze.
2 - The ability to toggle black borders on/off in wobbly (both tabs, source and preview window). For letterboxed 4:3 content, there isn't enough space to work on it on a 1080p screen with 240-260px black borders on both sides.
3 - Zooming in/out using mouse scroll wheel or assigning a key with the scroll is currently not possible.
4 - In windows, changing the properties of the .json file to open with wobbly only loads wobbly and not the project itself.
5 - Remember window size position of the last project.
6 - The qt floating windows consume a lot more space and user does not have the ability to resize them vertically inside wobbly's interface. The windows are locked to the maximized window size or whatever the user's resolution is.
7 - Short sections, matching failures, fades, etc. could all be done via keyboard shortcuts. Using the mouse to select each and every time is inefficient.
8 - A custom chapter editor builtin (name/timestamp) along with x264 qp file exporter. A user could mark/bookmark the frames in the program. Wobbly should export a qp with forced I frames along with a chapter file with specified/preset name and timestamps.
Kind Regards
