[broken] request page

FB has been changing the layout of the request page quite a bit but usually the styling stayed the same, but once again the styling seems partially broken. The last fix you applied is still holding but there are elements that are still broken as well as have the same highlight issue that we experienced with events page and was fixed. See the visual below:
