When using select='x2plot>1' in fitScanSequence after having multiple counters in the cList, there will be a dimension error for the second counter, because y2plot has already been cut in the first counter:

IndexError: boolean index did not match indexed array along dimension 0; dimension is 486 but corresponding boolean dimension is 232
