.gif creation as option in plot_scan_sequence() #35

Sometimes it is desirable to plot a scan sequence as .gif in order to track the evolution of the signal like in this example.

Especially when the changes are small and lines superimpose this would be a nice option that enhances clarity as shown here:

So far, I need to resort to an external tool but maybe there is a way to include that into the pyEvalData workflow.

This is again a very nice idea. I think after refractoring the code a bit and separating the data evaluation from the plotting, it should be rather simple to add different types of visualization to the end of the evaluation.
