Upgrade SWAP to read Panoptes/Nero output databases

Let's get an output database dump from the Panoptes SW demo site (postgres?) and upgrade SWAP so it can analyze it offline. We could also think about making it work with one of the csv outputs too, for testing? Maybe this is less urgent - the mongodb to postgres is probably most important,

this will need to wait until we have more than 6 subjects in the site & have some classifications. I'll let you know when we're good to test classification output. BTW It's easy to get the csv from panoptes:
