A LaTeX document is just text with special markup, so I think it would be straightforward to create a Jinja2 template.

Compiling it into a PDF would require a LaTeX distribution to be installed, such as TeX Live, MiKTeX, or TinyTeX.

I think it could be potentially useful to have it as an available format without worrying about compiling.
