Demo application planned?

This is an open sourced library for a closed-source commercial application we are developing. At this stage, there isn't a demo app / skeleton application planned. However, if the Readme isn't sufficient for what you want to do, raise an issue here and I'll try to help out.

Also, a common mistake that people make is that because of the naming convention we've used, is that this is an official Aurelia (Durandal Inc.) Plugin. It isn't.
