Volunteer Role Certification
Some volunteer roles require training and certification through the Dashboard.
If you have training to complete, there are two ways you can access the materials and quizzes. These options will be visible if you have been assigned to a role that requires certification.
When you log into your Dashboard, click on the VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION tab. If you have certifications due, you should see a Roles Missing Certification collapsed section.
After you expand the Roles Missing Certification section, you'll see any events for which your training and certication is required. In the bottom-left of each event, you'll see a link to Review Outstanding Tasks.
Clicking on that link will report any issues, including the need for training. Clicking Resolve will take you to the training site.
If for some reason you are unable to access the training the first way, there is a backup method.
When you log into your Dashboard, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen.
Clicking on My Profile will take you to the next page. If you have required trainings and certifications, you can click on the Certifications link on the left menu of the page.
