There are several areas in DrevOps that can be updated by renovate.

We need to setup an additional GitHub workflow with a separate renovate config to update:

  1. composer.json in root
  2. Image versions in Dockerfiles
  3. GitHub action versions

Implemented for all 3 components as cloud-hosted Renovate runner (rather than self-hosted for simplicity).
