Vendor provided at times will refer to the raw point cloud data provided by the company that captures the data. These point clouds are not always public unless offered through a third party organization like 'OpenTopograpgy". I can see the confusion tho, since we refer to vendor provided as both the point cloud data offered by the collector and the third party organization
