A number of reports (FARs, AEBRs) have the total number of pages added in the citation key as "note =".
With the June 2022 updates to the MPI templates, this information now appears in the PDF in square brackets in the middle (not the end) of the citation in the reference list; e.g.:
Neubauer, P.; Tremblay-Boyer, L. (2019a). The 2018 stock assessment of pāua (Haliotis iris) for PAU 5D
[58 p]. New Zealand Fisheries Assessment Report 2019/39.
To get the correct placement and drop the square brackets, the number of pages needs to be added as "addendum", not "note".
Is there a reason we don't run a universal swap in the bib file? @edwardabraham any thoughts?
